Once the concept, initial script, and project scope are agreed, pay 50% of the total project price. Production begins after the deposit and required materials are received.

Storyboard & production
For motion graphics, we prepare a detailed storyboard for your approval, then bring the visuals to life. For video editing, we agree on the editing plan and work with your supplied footage.
- Complete video preview
Review & refine
Watch the complete video in a watermarked review version. Share consolidated feedback, and we make the revisions included in your agreed project scope.
- Ready to use
Final payment & delivery
After you approve the review version, pay the remaining 50%. We then deliver the final video without a watermark in the agreed quality, formats, and aspect ratios.

A few things to know
Do I pay when I submit a request?
No. Your initial request starts a conversation. We discuss your requirements, agree on the quote and scope, and obtain your approval of the concept and initial script before requesting the 50% deposit.
Can I see the full video before paying the balance?
Yes. You receive a complete watermarked review version so you can check the video and request the agreed revisions. The final files without a watermark are delivered after the remaining balance is paid.
How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds and what they cover are agreed in your project quote. A new concept, a changed approved script, or additional deliverables may require an updated quote and timeline, agreed with you before the extra work begins.
How long will my project take?
We agree on a timeline based on the length, complexity, and requirements of your video. Production starts after the deposit and required materials are received. Approval stages and the timing of your feedback also affect delivery.
What files will I receive?
You receive the final video files in the quality, formats, and aspect ratios agreed in your quote. Editable project or source files are included only when explicitly agreed as part of the project scope.
What should I prepare?
Share your goals, audience, key message, preferred video length, and any style references. If available, include your logo, brand guidelines, product images, footage, or an existing script.
