Return & Refund Policy
At Orchida Digital Services LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories.
To begin a return, please contact us at admin@orchida-ods.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions from our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, returned without original packaging, or marked as non-returnable in the product description are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, certain personal-use items may also be non-returnable once opened or used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@orchida-ods.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
